Warranty Period Commences
Please note that the warranty period always begins on the date of product purchase, not on the date of installation by a technician or commencement of use.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the return process and assist in resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
Our warranty period is 12 months, backed by a comprehensive and professional warranty policy designed to protect customer profits and minimize customer losses.
For your reference, our warranty policy is as follows:
1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of stamping.
2. All items are 100% brand new and undergo rigorous individual testing before shipment. Do not install the LCD panel before testing.
3. Please connect the LCD only to the motherboard for testing. If you are satisfied with the product test, you may install the LCD onto the phone.
4. All LCD displays bear our exclusive “SunGoode” seal. Should you encounter any issues with the LCD, please present the seal on the back of the LCD. If we confirm the problem, we will send a new seal for your order.
5. For custom orders featuring your logo seal and “Warranty Label,” please display these seals to verify the screen has been installed.
6. We assume liability under the following circumstances:
1) Intentional damage (not covered)
2) Damage from non-professional installation (not covered)
3) LCD/touchscreen damage or liquid leakage during shipping (but if discovered upon receipt, take photos immediately for verification). We will inspect and compensate; claims after warranty period are not covered.
4) Connector breakage or missing parts (but if discovered upon receipt, please take photos immediately for verification; we will inspect and compensate; no compensation after warranty period)
5) Flex cable breakage, creasing, or self-soldering (but if discovered upon receipt, please take photos promptly for verification; we will inspect and compensate; no compensation after warranty period)
Payment Instructions
Our payment terms include bank account transfers, (supporting credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, wire transfers (T/T), etc.), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and RMB bank account transfers.
With UPS, you can choose cash on delivery. When the courier arrives at your doorstep, you will need to pay for your order. Please note: This service incurs an additional 3% handling fee on top of UPS standard shipping rates. Furthermore, this option is only available in select countries.
